Services / Offshore logistics

Deploy

Offshore logistics services in Nigeria.

Shore-side coordination for vessel owners, managers and offshore teams. We handle the logistics that keep offshore operations supplied, crewed and moving, including spares, fenders and hoses, port calls, mobilisation schedules and delivery evidence.

What you get

A controlled plan around your operating window.

  • A controlled logistics plan

Built around your operating window, with an assignment-specific support plan.

  • Dependencies with owners

Every dependency identified, and an owner assigned to each.

  • Live status visibility

A tracker for documents, crew, supplies and local actions across vendors, transport and port contacts.

  • Delivery evidence

Evidence that closes each task, and a handover report listing exceptions and outstanding actions.

Scope of support

What we coordinate.

  • Project mobilisation

Schedules, dependency tracking, vendor interfaces, staging and readiness.

  • Shorebase coordination

Receipt, staging, dispatch and handover of project materials and vessel supplies.

  • Crew handling and logistics

Crew changes, local transfers, joining and departure arrangements, and related documents.

  • Port-call support

Local coordination for port activity, supplies, service attendance and handoffs.

  • Urgent spares

Time-critical sourcing, collection, tracking and delivery.

  • Fenders, hoses and marine procurement

Pneumatic fenders, plus dock and ship-to-ship hoses from 8 to 16 inches. Also ship chandling, provisions, stores, consumables and technical spares, with specifications and delivery agreed before supply.

How it works

The control model.

  1. Map dependencies

Confirm cargo, people, documents, providers, destination, timing and constraints.

  2. Assign control points

Define ownership, approval gates, escalation routes and the evidence needed at each handoff.

  3. Coordinate execution

Keep status current across all parties and delivery windows.

  4. Close and report

Confirm delivery, record exceptions, and issue a completion or outstanding-actions report.

Before you send

What to send with your enquiry.

  • Vessel particulars, ETA, port or operating location, and expected duration
  • Owner or manager contact, master's contact, and appointed agent, if any
  • Crew, stores, spares or service requirements and delivery constraints
  • Existing providers, approval authority, spending limits and required completion evidence

Clear limits

A clear scope before mobilisation.

  • Coordination is based in Lagos. Work in other Nigerian ports is agreed case by case, and Apex does not have offices at every port.
  • Customs representation, statutory approvals, security services and regulated roles are handled only by appropriately authorised parties.
  • International arrivals and domestic cabotage work need separate scope assessment.
  • Timing, responsibilities, fees and third-party costs are set out in the proposal.

Who it supports

Offshore operators, marine contractors, vessel owners and energy projects.
