Services / VesselReady

Prepare · Pilot

VesselReady: mobilisation readiness for one vessel and one named assignment.

A pilot service. A defined review that turns scattered documents into a dated mobilisation view.

What you get

Four clear outputs.

  • Document review

A structured review of agreed vessel, statutory, class, crew and assignment records.

  • Gap register

A consolidated list of missing, expired, incomplete or unresolved items against the assignment requirements.

  • Corrective-action plan

Prioritised actions with owners, target dates and the evidence needed to close each gap.

  • Dated readiness pack

A snapshot of reviewed evidence, open actions, limitations and readiness status as of a stated reporting date.

How it works

Start with a scope review.

  1. Confirm the assignment

The vessel, the required mobilisation date and the decision the review must support.

  2. Appoint a named reviewer

One accountable person for the review.

  3. Agree scope and terms

Document list, exclusions, timetable, responsibilities, commercial terms and reporting basis.

  4. Secure the documents

An approved transfer, access, storage, retention and deletion process.

Clear limits

What VesselReady does not replace.

  • VesselReady supports mobilisation planning and corrective-action coordination.
  • It does not replace statutory certification, class approval, flag or port-state requirements, independent survey obligations or charterer acceptance.
  • Pricing is available after scope review.
